The Noose and the Necktie
Nov 24, 2020
She lifts her head
— with a heavy sigh
She slips the knot
— like my dad slipped his tie
It’s becoming more and more
obvious
That people on this planet are
nervous
We’ve all had enough self destruction
She lifts her head
— with a heavy sigh
She slips the knot
— like my dad slipped his tie
It’s becoming more and more
obvious
That people on this planet are
nervous
We’ve all had enough self destruction
Love writing poetry. Not the longest poems you’ve ever read but with people’s attention span declining, who has the time?
